Senior Housing - Mike Foye and Garden Court Apartments

Catholic Charities sponsors a service-enriched apartment complex, the Garden Court/Mike Foye Apartments, for seniors and persons with disabilities.  Rent is based upon residents’ adjusted income. Amenities include a community room, elevator, a garden setting, pet friendly community and on-site service coordinator.  A social service coordinator is available on-site at Garden Court/Mike Foye Apartments to link residents with community resources.  The service coordinator collaborates with residents to promote and maintain their autonomy so they can remain and age gracefully in their own homes.  Services provided include case management, advocacy, referrals, education, and networking with other professionals and social services agencies in our community on behalf of our residents.
